This service is challenging, as many people are attached to items in their homes that really don’t suit the space or have a purpose. My thoughts are, its expensive real-estate to clutter. Many people feel their place is too small, but what they don’t see is that is just cluttered!

Preparing homes to go on the market

This service is especially good for clients that don’t want to invest in having a staging company come in and remove their furniture and replace it with staged furniture. I mostly can find ways to work with what a client already has. Often this involves re arranging furniture, putting a few things in storage and adding some trending décor/ soft furnishing pieces at a fraction of the cost of staging the whole house.

Downsizing for clients

This service is perfect for the client that is overwhelmed by the daunting task of downsizing.
I help clients prioritize their “wants and needs”. I device a plan of making things work for their new space. I can help them in the removal or selling of their things if needed and help coordinate their move.
